Pink and Blue Power-Breast & Prostate Health Programme.
When Cornmarket noticed a high level of cancer claims amongst their customers, they wanted to do something to help increase awareness. Pink Power & Blue
Power was born, a potentially life-saving breast and prostate health programme. The programme provides education and a once-off physical assessment with a GP on the signs and symptoms of breast and prostate cancer. Where further investigation is needed, customers are referred to a participating Private Hospital for a Mammogram, Ultrasound, MRI and/or Biopsy.Cancer has been caught in 47 customers. Over 16,000 have availed of the programme. 93% said they are more confident to self-check.

Play or Park launched in February 2013 and has grown to over 560,000 registered members. With over one million customers to take care of every week, loyalty is at the heart of Circle K’s business strategy for growth and customer retention. With the first loyalty program to use a gaming mechanic in Ireland, each month we reward one lucky member with an Experience of a Lifetime. This year we will be sending our winners off to enjoy luxury trips as far away as Thailand, Australia and Mauritius, as well as classic American vacations in California and NYC. We’ll also be giving away hundreds of thousands of free treats to all our runners-up again this year, rewarding them for their on-going engagement with our brand.
In 2019, we launched the first brand partnership with both the Olympic Federation of Ireland and Paralympics Ireland to sponsor Team Ireland for the Tokyo games. Using our Play or Park platform, customers generate new digital coins every time they scan their loyalty tag at a Circle K site. These coins go directly to Irish athletes who use them to purchase fuel & food in store every day, meaning Circle K customers are making athletes lives a little easier on their journey to Tokyo 2020.




3rd Level Student Financial Wellbeing and Sustainability CX programme – Bank of Ireland
Bank of Ireland’s 3rd level student programme 2021 focused on developing the financial wellbeing of the student customer base with sustainability at the heart of everything we do. Every student in Ireland whether they were new to Bank of Ireland, upgraded from a 2nd level account or a potential future customer, had access to an array of content and supports to develop their financial wellbeing. The campaign focused on 4 key aspects:
- The Bio-sourced Student Visa Debit Card
- The F-word Playbook in partnership with Irish design house Jill & Gill
- The Student Financial Wellbeing Hub
- 5% Student Lending up to 5K and Student credit card with free worldwide travel insurance

The Vodafone Fantastic Days Loyalty Programme aims to reward our customers for their loyalty. From money-can’t-buy experiences to interactive gamification to exclusive partner discounts, there is something for everyone in our vast customer base-some of whom have been loyal to us for over 20 years. We deliverFantasticDays through a variety of key pillars: Fantastic Fridays, Fantastic Freebies, FantasticOffers and Fantastic Birthdays & Anniversary. Pink and Blue Power – Cornmarket
Pink and Blue Power-Breast & Prostate Health Programme.
When Cornmarket noticed a high level of cancer claims amongst their customers, they wanted to do something to help increase awareness. Pink Power & Blue
Power was born, a potentially life-saving breast and prostate health programme. The programme provides education and a once-off physical assessment with a GP on the signs and symptoms of breast and prostate cancer. Where further investigation is needed, customers are referred to a participating Private Hospital for a Mammogram, Ultrasound, MRI and/or Biopsy.Cancer has been caught in 47 customers. Over 16,000 have availed of the programme. 93% said they are more confident to self-check.




Sky VIP – Sky Television
Sky VIP,it’s the treatment you deserve.
During the pandemic ‘Sky VIP’ had to change how they reward their customers and pivot to virtual experiences, while in person events were not possible.Research also identified a lack of awareness & relevancy of the VIP programme among Irish customers and we wanted to address this. As restrictions lifted in Summer 2021, we wanted to bring people closer together and the return of liveSports offered the perfect opportunity to produce two bespoke in person events tailored specifically to reward our Irish customers for their loyalty and celebrate the lifting of Covid restrictions.

By delivering NEW Essential Rewards that were relevant to the current times, members saw the instant and incredible value of being a Dulux-Trade-Points member.The Strategy not only had a positive impact on members for the 18-months of COVID-19, but has positively impacted, and continues to impact Dulux’s results today.

AerClub, the loyalty programme of Aer Lingus, launched in 2016 with the aim to become the leading travel rewards programme in Ireland, enabling the airline to continue to grow the network in both breadth and depth. The AerClub programme is designed to be a
loyalty programme for everyone,not just frequent flyers. When the pandemic hit and travel restrictions were implemented, the focus was put into member engagement to keep them collecting Avios.In five and a half years, the programme has grown to over 1.6 million
members from around the world, with the majority based in Ireland.

Growing partnerships with support for nurses and midwives’ mental health
For 50 years, we have forged affinity partnerships with Public Sector Unions through years of administering their IncomeProtection Schemes. We strengthen our position by creating bespoke initiatives that provide real value to members. For our partner, the INMO, this was a mental health initiative for the 12K members in their Scheme. With the arrival of Covid-19, we worked with INMO to reimagine this initiative to benefit the entire INMO membership (40K). Let’s Talk About It was created to support nurses and midwives’ mental health in Ireland at a time they needed it most.
