The Irish Loyalty & CX Awards 2023 in association with Visa will recognise excellence, innovation and achievement in loyalty and customer experience for Irish companies who are building lasting and profitable relationships with customers within Ireland across every sector.
With more and more loyalty programmes launching every week, a strong contingent of Irish businesses are now differentiating themselves with outstanding loyalty initiatives. The Irish Loyalty & CX Awards will celebrate brands that aspire to create customer loyalty and are finding new ways of driving loyal behaviours that place the customer at the heart of their business model. Supporting the recognition of best in class will highlight the necessity of the industry to continue to constantly adapt, improve and develop their loyalty offering to compete in a highly competitive environment.
The awards are open to all sectors across the Island of Ireland. The awards provide our entrants with a prestigious opportunity in the loyalty field to raise their profile and be recognised as a leader and innovator in their sector. The black-tie gala awards ceremony will take place on 18th May at the Iconic RDS Concert Hall and provides a fantastic opportunity for the industry to network and recognises the rising stars of Irish loyalty.
Unique to these awards is that the general public have the opportunity to vote for the overall loyalty programme of 2023 via our online voting portal. This vote together with our judge’s vote will result in the overall Loyalty of the Year programme 2023 selection.
New for 2023: Regional CX Champions
The Irish Loyalty & CX Awards has recognised the shift on the importance of building excellence in customer experience to drive true loyalty among customers and has reimagined it awards programme in 2023 to reflect the importance of local business who excel in CX to grow and survive.
The Regional CX campions extends the existing awards to include every business in Ireland with a focus on SMEs and promoting local business. The rewards recognise businesses in each of the 4 provinces in Ireland who are providing an optimum level of customer services ensuring customers they are at the centre of their business model.
There is no direct entry to the Regional CX Awards, nomination are from local Agencies focusing on promoting local business opportunities.
