JUDGES

The Irish Loyalty Awards have brought together a broad spectrum of independent experts, who either specialize in a field or who have experience and insight into different aspects of the loyalty industry.

Each judge is selected due to their achievements within the business and the loyalty industry. Their varied backgrounds allow them to critique each category of the Irish Loyalty awards. The judging process is entirely independent of the management of the awards and to ensure that the highest standards of integrity are maintained each judge must sign a code of contact outlining the overall judging guidelines and standards.

The objective judging panel will follow a detailed adjudication process which involves the evaluation of each entry against specific KPIs. Shortlisted finalist for each category will be announced and published in the Sunday Business Post.

Following a long day of deliberation, the judges will select the overall winners who will be announced at the Gala awards ceremony on the 28th March 2019 at the Intercontinental Hotel, Ballsbridge.

Andrea has provided executive leadership in the airline, e-commerce, and loyalty sectors for the past 24 years in complex, uncertain, high paced, multi-stakeholder environments. Having recently been a chief architect and an executive leader of both the launch of .air and the merger of the BA, Iberia, and Airmiles loyalty programs resulting in the creation of a new global brand (Avios).

Nordyn Yacine is an internationally-experienced Senior Advisor with extensive track record of strategically-driven business transformation and innovation driven programmes and business-building in developed and emerging markets.

Financial Services digital & Fintech executive with successful experiences in business building and innovation change for world class organizations and Fintech start-ups. An expert in the latest trends in digital & mobile transformation and how these new industries changed the way to engage with consumers.

Nordyn completed a professional career of 25 years mainly with international jobs in 4 companies. (Eastman Kodak, as Head of Africa Business Development, Automobiles Peugeot, as head of Digital Global Deployment, MasterCard Europe as Director of eCommerce Europe and currently as an Entrepreneur & Senior Advisor in Cards & Payment, Bank & Retail’s Reward industries)

Expert in credit card loyalty, he launched card-linked and loyalty marketing programmes in France, UK, Holland and Mexico

Tim Aritis

Founder/COO Intounch

Tim obtained his masters in Marketing in the Netherlands after which he started his career at Google. He held various roles in Sales and Product and was selected for the “leadership excellence” programme in conjunction with Walt Disney.

In 2015 he co-founded Intouch.com – an edge computing platform that enables physical retailers to unlock new customers experiences in-store by utilising IoT born data-streams.”

Aileen Cummins

Winner of “Best use of Digital” category in the Businesswoman of year awards. With over 15 years of senior marketing experience spanning across a multitude of industries including Fashion, Food, Beauty, Tech and Commercial & Residential Property with a particular focus and strong experience in digital marketing, content creation and customer retention programmes.

William Sparkes

William Sparkes –ACII Chartered Insurer – is currently the Loyalty, Public Relations and Sponsorship Manager in AXA Insurance Ireland. William has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry and has held a wide range of management positions. Specialties include, loyalty programmes, customer relationship management, business development, retention strategies, public relations, product development, innovation, channel management (direct and intermediary), customer acquisition and client management.

William created and implemented AXA Ireland’s award winning customer loyalty programme AXA Plus. In addition to managing AXA Plus his current responsibilities include, innovation, product development, public relations, social media and brand reputation.

William is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Marketing Institute of Ireland and the Sales Institute of Ireland.

Phil Mooney

Phil has over 25 years’ experience in Retail, Sales and Operational Management, B2B and Channel Management.

With a proven record in building and developing new revenue channels in retail, implementing cost effective systems to ensure continuity and growth.

He headed up the Corporate channel in Arnott’s developing it from the ground up to a B2B Gift Card and Corporate Gift platform delivering in excess of €1m pa.

Strong focus on relationship management and developing ancillary revenue streams.

Other Senior Positions were held at DSGi and Kilkenny Group.

He is currently a Consultant with Giftcard Consulting the UK’s leading independent Gift Card consultancy working with International clients in the Incentive, Loyalty and Retail sectors.

He is also the Executive Director of IMA Europe. (Incentive Marketing Association) and is the current Chairman of IMA Ireland.
